Cameroon 2 – 3 England

£12.49£49.99

Like the opening game of the 1990 World Cup, the favourites thought facing Cameroon would be a piece of piss. To be fair, going in at half time with a headed David Platt goal under their belt, England could’ve convinced themselves that that was the case. No. With eight minutes to go, Cameroon were more than good for their passage to the semi finals. Slicing the English defence apart at will. But then Gary Lineker falling over takes control and ultimately wins the match.
